9th Circuit Court Rules Auction House Appraisals NOT Adequate

HUGE NEWS! It again demonstrates the need for independent appraisers. This is why my profession and expertise are so important. We are unbiased and have the skill set/competency that will hold up in a court of law. Auction houses can be biased and have sinister motives.
